This is your weekend to choose how much or little you would like to do. All sessions are included.
With various sessions over the weekend held in a wonderful space that will include a variety of yoga, pilates, guided meditation, and gong sound baths there will be something for everyone.
There will be opportunity to prebook a massage or reiki session (additional cost)
