A time to relax and rejuvenate
Feeling good is a priority for our mind, body and spirit….We all need some time for ourselves and this weekend will help you to relax, refresh and re-energise. With a mix of yoga, guided meditations, gong sound baths and walks in nature throughout. The vegetarian food will be simple and homecooked. There will be time for you to simply just soak in your surroundings.
The weekend will be laid back so you can absorb your surroundings and honour your mind and body in the process.

This is your weekend to choose how much or little you would like to do. All sessions are included.
With various sessions over the weekend held in a wonderful space that will include a variety of yoga, guided meditation, and gong sound baths there will be something for everyone.
There will be opportunity to prebook a massage or reiki session (additional cost)
