Tuesdays from 2nd April  6.30 pm – 7.30pm WEEKLY at Billingley Village Hall

You don’t have to be bendy to do a yoga class as the benefits are numerous and more than just being able to stretch…We will work on technique through various poses (asanas) that will help us focus and calm the mind.

Beginners are welcome as the class is uncomplicated and laid back so that you can work to your own capabilities

Book and pay in advance £8 each session

No refunds if cancelled within 24 hours
