Yoga and Gong Bath Afternoon – Summer Solstice

Saturday 21st June - Lets celebrate Summer Solstice in our yoga practice. The longest day, we will bring in the sunshine with a joyful heart opening gentle practice and then settle down to the sounds and vibrations in the gong bath. The afternoon will close with cake and a cuppa.
