Why not take a day out to calm the mind, stretch and move the body and soothe your soul.
The morning will start with a welcome shot before we get our bodies moving. There will be a variety of sessions including
: Bootylicious workout
: Gentle Yoga
: Pilates
: A pelvic floor chat session
: A load of balls
: gong bath
Don’t worry if you’ve never done any of these before we will guide you to work to your own ability.
Refreshments and a light lunch provided.
