Why not take a day out to calm the mind, stretch and move the body and soothe your soul.
The morning will start with a welcome juice shot then there will be a variety of sessions that will have us moving our bodies then after lunch we’ll focus more on mindset and relaxation

: movement, tips, breathwork and guided meditation for the Vagus Nerve
: Gong bath
Don’t worry if you’ve never done any of these before I will guide you to work to your own ability.
