Sunday 21st December - Lets celebrate Winter Solstice. The shortest day, a time for nourishment of the mind, body and soul. With a cup of heartwarming Cacao to set off the session we will bring in some very gentle movement followed with a grounding meditation and then settle down to the sounds and vibrations in the gong bath.
